  • E. Gary Cook

    E. Gary Cook, age 72, became a director of LP in 2000. Mr. Cook was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Witco Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company, until his retirement in 1999. Until 1996, he was President, Chief Operating Officer, and a director of Albemarle Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company spun off from Ethyl Corporation in 1994, where Mr. Cook had been a Senior Vice President and director since 1992. Previously, Mr. Cook was a Vice President of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. He is also a director of Trimeris Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company.

  • Dustan E. McCoy

    Dustan E. McCoy, age 68, became a director of LP in 2002. Mr. McCoy has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Brunswick Corporation, a recreation products company headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, since December 2005. He joined Brunswick Corporation in September 1999 as its Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and became President of its Brunswick Boat Group in 2000, which position he held until December 2005. He was previously Executive Vice President of Witco Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, from January to September 1999 and was Witco’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from July 1996 until December 1998. Mr. McCoy is also a director of Freeport-McMoRan.

  • Kurt M. Landgraf

    Kurt M. Landgraf, age 71, became a director of LP in 2005. Mr. Landgraf was President and Chief Executive Officer of Educational Testing Service, a non-profit organization that provides testing for education institutions, businesses and governments, from August 2000 until his retirement on December 31, 2013. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company, where he had previously held a number of senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Landgraf is also a director of Corning, Inc. Mr. Landgraf was previously a director of IKON Office Solutions, Inc. until it merged with Ricoh Company Ltd. on October 31, 2008. He has chaired the National Pharmaceutical Council, United Way of Delaware, the Delaware Association for Rights of Citizens with Mental Retardation and the Delaware CarePlan. He recently completed a term as President of the National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Sciences, Inc.
  • Lizanne C. Gottung

    Lizanne C. Gottung, age 61, became a director of LP in 2006. Since January 1, 2017, Ms. Gottung has served as EVP-Senior Advisor to the CEO/Chairman of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, an international consumer paper products company, and retired from Kimberly-Clark on April 1, 2017.  Prior to that appointment, Ms. Gottung served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 2002. She has held a variety of human resources, manufacturing and operational roles of increasing responsibility with Kimberly-Clark Corporation over the past 25 years.
  • Tracy A. Embree

    Tracy A. Embree, age 44, became an LP director in February, 2016. She is a vice president of Cummins Inc. and the president of Cummins Components Group. She began her career with Colgate Palmolive Corp. in 1995 and joined Cummins in 2000. Prior to her role leading the Components Group, she served as president of Cummins Turbo Technologies. She has also worked in the MidRange Engine Business where she was responsible for the on-highway line of business, as well as holding marketing and sales positions in the Emission Solutions and Filtration businesses and serving as executive director of the Chrysler business. In addition, she spent two years in the Power Generation business as general manager for the Energy Solutions Business based in Kent, U.K.
  • Ozey K. Horton Jr.

    Ozey K. Horton, Jr., age 66, became an LP director in September 2016. He is an independent advisor and also serves as Director Emeritus at McKinsey & Co., a management consulting firm from which he retired in 2011 after nearly 30 years of service. Before his retirement from McKinsey, he was the founder and leader of the global operations practice for energy and minerals, founder of the global pulp, paper and packaging practice, and earlier in his career, the leader of the North America change management practice. Prior to joining McKinsey & Co., he worked as a manufacturing manager at Cummins Engine Co., and in various staff positions at Sonoco Products Co.
  • Brad Southern

    Brad Southern, 57, is Chief Executive Officer of LP. He joined LP in 1999. He led LP’s OSB business from 2015-2016 and Siding business from 2005-2015 and was previously chief operating officer. Mr. Southern began his career with MacMillan Bloedel as a forester, where he held a variety of jobs in forestry, strategic planning, finance, accounting and plant management. He has a B.S. in Forest Resources and a master's in Forest Resources, both from the University of Georgia.
